This is a great option for customers who don’t have time to come and test instore but are happy to clean and maintain their own pool.
Note: No cleaning is performed during this service. All Chemicals used will be charged in addition
to the service fee.
Our team will:
1. Test and balance your pool
2. Empty your skimmer basket
This is a premium monthly subscription at a discounted rate of $130 per month for a full 12 month term. Carrying out a full service monthly allows our team to know your pool and equipment and routinely check and perform the required maintenance throughout the year.
Note: This service includes balancing chemicals – Alkalinity up, pH up, pH Dow, Water Hardner,
Sun Block and Shock. All Chemicals used will be charged in addition to the service fee.

2. Scrub the walls, empty baskets & vacuum if time allows
3. Check over your equipment to ensure all is working correctly
4. Adjust your timer periods for the season
5. Clean your filters when time allows
6. Check your robotic cleaner and clean when time allows
In the cooler months our team generally have more time to perform other critical tasks as the poolisn’t being used and doesn’t require as much cleaning, during these times in addition to the aboveour team will:
1. Perform routine maintenance on your equipment such as checking and lubricating seals and
unions and replacing when required, alternating between Pump, Filter & Chlorinator
This is a premium pool service for 45mins – 1 hour.
Note: All Chemicals used will be charged in addition to the service fee.
During your once off service our team will:
1. Test and balance your pool
2. Scrub the walls, empty baskets & vacuum.
3. Check over your equipment to ensure all is working correctly.
4. Adjust your timer periods if required.
If you would like our team to clean your cartridge filter this takes additional time and therefore is an
additional cost:
Single Cartridge Elements $79
Quad Cartridge Elements $169
Are you happy to do the general testing, balancing and maintenance, however would like to book in a Seasonal Service to give your pool a once over and check all your equipment is in top shape?
Note: All Chemicals used will be charged in addition to the service fee.
During your seasonal service, our team will:
1. Test and balance your pool
2. Scrub the walls, empty baskets & vacuum
3. Check over your equipment to ensure all is working correctly, lubricate unions and seals
4. Adjust your timer periods for the season
5. Clean your filters
6. Clean your robotic cleaner
If you need specialist servicing to clean up your pool following concreting and landscaping, storms or Green Pool clean ups, these instances usually require more than one service visit.
Our Clean Up service includes 2 x 1 hour services. Any extra visits will be charged additionally.
Note: This service includes algaecide OR flocculant and shock. All other chemicals used will be charged in addition to the service fee.
During a green pool clean up service, our team will:
1.Test and balance your pool
2.Scrub walls, empty baskets & vacuum
3.Clean your filters
4.Check over all equipment to ensure all is working
5.Quote any additional repairs
